Essendant GBAC Scholarship Program

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions for all scholarships granted under the Essendant GBAC Scholarship Program, which is administered by ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association. All scholarships and awards will be referred to as Scholarships herein. By submitting an application for the scholarship, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
You must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety before you apply for your Scholarship. All recipients of the training must be a current employee of winning customer company.
Correspondence between the applicant and ISSA will be done primarily via email. All applicants must submit a valid email address to be eligible. Any changes to the applicant’s email address after submission of the application and without necessary cause, may result in cancelation of their application.
Any successful applicant may be required to show proof that they are employed by a firm operating in the commercial or residential cleaning industry as of the date the scholarship is awarded.
All professionals offered scholarships will receive an official email that outlines their credentials to enroll in the GBAC Fundamentals Online Course via the ISSA Online Learning Institute website. Scholarship recipients must complete the online course within 30 days of receiving their confirmation email. Failure to do so within 30 days will result in a $29.95 fee for the individual to retake the course and complete the post-course test within an additional 30-day period.
The Scholarship may not be redeemed for any goods or services other than enrollment in the GBAC Fundamentals Online Course.
Scholarships are awarded based on established eligibility criteria, which you must meet to receive your Scholarship.

This
document outlines the Terms and Conditions for all grants awarded under the GP
PRO GBAC STAR™ Grants Program, which is administered by ISSA, the worldwide
cleaning industry association. All grants and awards will be referred to as “Grants”
herein. By submitting an application for the grant program and/or GP PRO KOLO™
Smart Monitoring System Basic service plan complimentary trial (referred to
as the “Complimentary Trial” herein, as further defined below),
you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
You
must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety before you apply
for your Grant or Complimentary Trial. Facilities that receive a Grant may also
be required to sign a GBAC STAR Facility Accreditation Program agreement. Facilities
must meet all conditions as outlined in the agreement.

between the applicant and ISSA will be done primarily via email. All applicants
must submit a valid email address to be eligible. Any changes to the
applicant’s email address after submission of the application and without
necessary cause, may result in cancelation of their application.
Any
successful grantee (a “Grantee”) may be required to show proof that they
are employed by the firm that owns or operates the facility for which the
application is made as of the date the Grant is awarded.
All
Grantees will receive an official email that outlines their promotion code(s) to
enroll in the GBAC STAR Facility Accreditation Program via the online
application. Grantees must complete their application for the GBAC STAR
Facility Accreditation Program within 30 days. Failure to do so within 30 days
will result in a forfeiture of the Grant awarded.
The
Grant may not be redeemed for any goods or services other than enrollment in
the GBAC STAR Facility Accreditation Program.
Grants
are awarded based on established eligibility criteria, which you must meet to
receive your Grant. The eligibility requirements for the Grant are outlined on the
grant program webpage, and ISSA reserves the right to grant Grants to eligible facilities
at its discretion.
Your
facility may hold only one (1) Grant. No facility shall receive more than one Grant.
Georgia-Pacific
Consumer Products LP’s GP PRO division (“GP PRO”) and ISSA (i) are not
responsible for and cannot provide you with financial advice on taxation
matters; and (ii) are not responsible for the payment of any tax obligations on
your behalf resulting from the Grant.
If
ISSA knows or has reason to believe that you have provided false or misleading
information when applying for your Grant, ISSA may reassess your entitlement to
the Grant and deem you to be ineligible at its sole discretion.
GP
PRO and ISSA reserve the right to cancel the Grant Program at any time. By
applying for the Grant, you are consenting to the ISSA
Global Privacy Policy,
and agree to be contacted by both GP PRO and ISSA. You may opt out of future
communications at any time.
KOLO™
Smart Monitoring System Basic Service Plan Complimentary Use. ISSA has partnered with GP PRO in
order to make available to Grantees a six-month complimentary trial of what is
referred to as the Basic service plan of the KOLO™ Smart Monitoring System (“KOLO™
Basic”) as of the effective date of these Terms and Conditions (or
KOLO™ Basic’s named successor if GP PRO decides to change the name of KOLO™ Basic
following the Effective Date), a
feature of GP PRO’s KOLO™ Smart Monitoring System specifically
designed to help facilities manage, monitor, and measure heightened cleaning,
sanitizing and disinfecting practices (the “Complimentary Trial”);
provided that a Grantee agrees to the then-current standard terms and
conditions governing use of KOLO™ Basic
available at https://gpxpr.es/ces/121690 and https://gpxpr.es/ces/121689 (the “KOLO™ Basic Terms”),
as evidenced by a Grantee’s click-through acceptance of the KOLO™ Basic Terms
upon the Grantee’s first use of the KOLO™ Smart Monitoring System application. The Complimentary Trial period
shall commence on the date that GP PRO makes the KOLO™ Smart Monitoring
System application for the Basic
service plan available to a Grantee. The Complimentary Trial includes
onboarding support, data and analytical services, and customer support, as is
deemed reasonable and necessary by GP PRO. GP PRO shall have the right to
immediately terminate a Grantee’s use of KOLO™ Basic (or its named
successor, as the case may be) for a breach of the KOLO™ Basic Terms, as
reasonably determined by GP PRO in its sole discretion. Additional
details relating to the Complimentary Trial will be made available to Grantees
in an offer relating to the Complimentary Trial, which may include the latest
date that the Grantee is able to claim its offer for the Complimentary
Trial. For the purposes of this Section, GP PRO is considered an intended
beneficiary of this Agreement.

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions for all GBAC STAR™ facility accreditation program grants awarded under the Kimberly-Clark Professional GBAC STAR Grants Program, which is administered by ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association. All grants and awards will be referred to as Grants herein. By submitting an application for the Grant, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
You must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety before you apply for your Grant. Schools that are awarded a Grant will also be required to agree to the GBAC Star Facility Accreditation Agreement and its terms and conditions as a prerequisite to receiving the Grant.
Correspondence between the applicant and ISSA will be done primarily via email. All applicants must submit a valid email address to be eligible. Any changes to the applicant’s email address after submission of the application should be communicated immediately to ISSA. Failure to notify ISSA of change in email address may result in cancelation of the Grant application.
The individual applying for the Grant represents and warrants that they are employed by the school for which they are applying as of the date the Grant application is submitted, and that they are duly authorized to execute the Grant application.
All schools offered grants will receive an official email that outlines procedures for redeeming the grant including a coupon code they will use when applying for GBAC STAR facility accreditation. Grant recipients must apply for GBAC STAR facility accreditation within thirty (30) days of receiving their confirmation email. Failure to do so within thirty (30) days will result in forfeiture of the Grant.
The Grant may not be redeemed for any goods or services other than GBAC STAR facility accreditation program fees.
Grants are awarded based on established eligibility criteria, which your school must meet to be eligible to be awarded a Grant. The eligibility requirements for the Grant are set forth on the grant program webpage. The decision whether to award a Grant or not to an eligible school will be made in the sole discretion of ISSA, acting reasonably, based on ISSA’s interpretation of the criteria set forth and the information provided by the school. .
You may be awarded only one (1) Grant, and school districts may be eligible for up to a total of five (5) Grants for schools in their district through this program. No individual school shall receive more than one (1) Grant.
Kimberly-Clark Professional and ISSA (i) are not responsible for and cannot provide you with financial advice on taxation matters; and (ii) are not responsible for the payment of any tax obligations on your behalf that may result from being awarded the Grant.
